How long does shipping take from the UAE?
We're finalizing exact international shipping timelines. Check back soon for delivery times to the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. What you can count on right now: you can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse — once it's marked "shipped" it can no longer be cancelled and our returns policy applies.
What is the returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on products that are opened, used, or have a broken security seal — except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to notify us at medscentfzc@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue. For broken bottles, items damaged in transit, or incorrect orders, let us know within 48 hours with a photo or video — in these cases the product doesn't need to be unopened. How do you guarantee the authenticity of the perfumes?
Imperial Phoenix's raw materials come from Reeha Trading Company, an Emirati house with over three decades distilling pure oud, muattar, and bukhoor. Shipping
We ship to the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. Free express shipping on orders over AED 250. You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse — once it's marked "shipped" it can no longer be cancelled and our returns policy applies.
