Shipping

We ship to the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. Orders are dispatched within 72 hours of purchase. Free express shipping on orders over AED 299. You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse — once it's marked "shipped" it can no longer be cancelled and our returns policy applies.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on products that are opened, used, or have a broken security seal — except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to notify us at noureenbeautyae@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a description of the issue. For broken bottles, items damaged in transit, or incorrect orders, let us know within 48 hours with a photo or video — in these cases the product doesn't need to be unopened.

Authenticity

Imperial Phoenix's raw materials come from Reeha Trading Company, an Emirati house with over three decades distilling pure oud, muattar, and bukhoor. Our Summer Season bundles combine three or more Imperial Phoenix fragrances at a discounted price, valid July 1 through September 30 while stocks last. Each bundle ships as one order, and the same 72-hour dispatch and 7-day returns policy applies.

Beauty & Skincare Travel Sets

Our Korean skincare and makeup travel sets are TSA-approved mini formats, most paired with a full-size Imperial Phoenix fragrance. The same shipping and returns policy applies — sealed skincare items follow the same hygiene rule as our fragrances.
